I am not satisfied with my product, what do I do?

    If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact our customer care team on contact@covermaze.com advising us of the problems you are having. Please also include a photo of the front and back of your product and we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as we can.

    If you contact CoveMaze within 2 hours of placing your order it may be possible to cancel your order.

    • My item is faulty, what do I do?

    If your product is faulty or damaged please email contact@covermaze.com with your order number and photos of the damages occurring.

    • Will there be any customs fees or taxes?

    Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

    To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or inappropriately destroyed.
